Andy Miller is a mobile expert and a visionary entrepreneur. He puts his experience to good use by aiding and abetting ambitious tech companies throughout the Silicon Valley. He’s currently serving as in-house President of Leap Motion, a Highland portfolio company, and is working with several other Highland companies to develop game-changing technologies in the digital media and mobile sectors, including Game Closure and Impermium.

Previously, Andy was the co-founder and CEO of Quattro Wireless, the mobile ad company seeded by Highland and acquired by Apple in 2009. As Vice President of Mobile Advertising with Apple, he led the iAd division, working directly with Steve Jobs on the mobile ad network for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.

Prior to that, Andy had responsibility for business development, sales and strategy for what became North America's dominant mobile aggregator, mQube, which was acquired by VeriSign for $250 million in 2006. Andy has also held the position of CEO of WatchPoint Media, an MIT Media Lab interactive TV spinoff, that was sold to Goldpocket/Tandberg Television in 2003.

Andy was named one of Ernst & Young's New England entrepreneurs of the year in 2009, and is co-owner of the Colorado Rockies Advanced Single A franchise, the Modesto Nuts. He earned is J.D. from Boston College Law School, and received a B.A. from Union College.
