Aereos Business Development team is looking for a highly motivated, driven person to source leads and partnership deals that drive member acquisition Primary Responsibilities include: Acquire members by utilizing entrepreneurial drive, creative sales and deal making skills. Source, manage, structure and negotiate deals with media vendors, device partners, distributors and business development leads Perform competitive market and industry research to evaluate business development partnership opportunities Work with marketing team and media agency to support implementation of Business Development campaigns Measure results and performance of each campaign and share findings internally Utilize performance data to make business development strategy recommendations Desired Skills and Experience 7 years+ experience working in a client facing business development role for a media or technology firm Exceptional sales skills essential Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals Start up experience preferred Excellent communication and people skills TV Addict Deep understanding of internet advertising models and terminology Advanced quantitative / data modeling skills Comfort with technical concepts and programs Excel and PowerPoint skills essential Undergraduate degree in business MBA a plus Ability to manage high volume workload by prioritisation and practical problem solving
