Background

Prior to joining Highland, Hugh was the Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee at Boston Consulting Group where he developed relationships with other firms interested in working with BCG. Before assuming his role as CFO, Hugh was a client service vice president in the Boston office. His work focused on strategic and corporate development issues facing clients in the telecommunications, technology, and forest products industries.
