This session is part of the Highland 2007 Summer Startup school curriculum, which is designed to expose Summer Entrepreneurship entrepreneurs and teams to various aspects of the company creation process. It focuses on early go-to-market strategies for young companies.

Mike Grandinetti has spent 15 years as a senior executive at five venture-backed technology companies. He helped lead the first four to successful exits for their investors. Currently, Mike is Chief Marketing Officer with Virtual Iron. In addition to his role at Virtual Iron, Mike holds a faculty appointment as Senior Lecturer in the Practice of Entrepreneurship at the MIT Sloan School of Management and is a long serving judge in the MIT $100K Global Entrepreneurship Competition.
