Test TechnicianDescription:Responsibilities
Primary responsibility will be to set up test equipment, test memory circuits and individual test structures such as transistors, resistors in both package and wafer level using existing test programs. Furthermore, the Test Technician should be able to generate basic test reports, be able to recognize basic problems with test results and take corrective action after training. He/she should also provide documentation of procedures once after they have been developed with engineers
Experience with
Operation of automatic probers and micro-prober systems such as the Cascade S-300 or Micromanipulators
Having used fixed probe cards and adjustable probes is preferable
Operating automatic test equipment (ATE) such as Advantest or Teradyne. Some programming experience is a plus.
Use of laboratory equipment, particularly Semiconductor Parametric Analyzers. He should be proficient with computers, oscilloscopes, meters, power supplies, Temperature Forcing units, etc.
Lab skills such as soldering, cabling together equipment, repairing probes, repairing test load boards.
Qualifications:Requirement
Willingness to work split shifts as necessary and be on call when theres an operator problem in the lab
Should be able to work alone and unsupervised
Self motivated, results oriented, team oriented and good communication skills
Fluent in English
