With extensive experience assisting Fortune 500 companies grow and develop, Todd will apply his retail real estate knowledge and expertise to assisting Highland’s portfolio of companies.

Background
Todd has been involved in commercial real estate since 1990. He was the Director of Development for Starbucks Coffee Company where he successfully opened hundreds of profitable units. Todd has also held management positions with Subway, PepsiCo (today Yum Brands, Inc.), and Balducci’s. He has extensive knowledge in concept branding, site selection strategy, design, procurement, construction, facilities and lease negotiations. He has a broad knowledge of markets around the country in both urban and suburban areas. Todd is currently serving as Vice President of Development for Blue Tulip one of Highland’s portfolio companies.
