Product Marketing Manager

Description:

Coremetrics is currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager. The Product Marketing Manager will be generally responsible for (i) developing and executing all traditional inbound and outbound product marketing activities, including go-to-market strategies, product positioning and messaging, and (ii) sales materials development and training; and (iii) conducting analysis of selected markets, customers, and competitors for use in the formulation of business and product strategy, marketing requirements and supporting programs. The Product Marketing Manager will report to the Sr. Manager of Product Marketing and will work closely with other teams within the company including the sales and product management teams. * Detailed Responsibilities include: Creating product positioning, messaging, and promotions from product introduction, to training and adoption, to ongoing marketing efforts. * Gathering competitive information, building competitive models, preparing analyses to strengthen overall competitive position, and communicating competitive intelligence within the company to maximize competitive readiness. * Development and implementation of marketing materials and campaigns that support revenue-generating activities including presentations, demonstration scripts, product data sheets, white papers, marketing collateral and lead generation programs. * Working with customers to understand business requirements for translation into sales tools and uncovering client success to create case studies.

Qualifications:

The Product Marketing Manager must have: * A minimum of 2-3 years experience working with analytic and marketing tools, or equivalent number of years working in enterprise application space, data mining experience a plus. * Demonstrated track record creating and executing revenue generating marketing programs. * Marketing mind-set with the ability to understand technical features and translate into business language and create compelling messages. * Outstanding verbal and written communications skills. * Self-directed; requires minimal supervision on work projects. * Strong analytical and computer skills (MS Office). * Excellent teaming, organizational, and project management skills. * BA or BS in Business Management or equivalent experience.
