Sales Development RepDescription:The Coremetrics Sales Team is seeking an enthusiastic member to assist with lead generation, Coremetrics solution education and overall sales pipeline growth. Selected individual will be responsible for lead generation for the North American Sales Organization and lead qualification. Sales Development Representatives are expected to develop the skills needed to move into a SMB (Small Market Business)/DM (District Managers) Sales Representative.
These responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
* Driving strategic, enterprise-wide Behavioral Analytic & Precision Marketing initiatives and working to route this business.
* Contacting CXO and VP level prospects, presenting key selling points, benefits, and features, while remaining focused on the prospect's needs. This will involve making approximately 75+ calls a day.
* Handling all inbound inquiries generated from Demand Creation activities such as advertising and web seminars.
* Perform outbound calls to generate leads.
* Maintain database to reflect activities for prospects and targeted organizations.
o Document all activities in salesforce.com
o Leverage “Tasks” to coordinate activities
* Develop working relationships with SMB and DM/Field Sales Representatives.
Qualifications:The Sales Development Representative must have:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus experience in a sales environment. Lead Generation experience preferred.
* Knowledge and expertise of Salesforce.com is strongly preferred.
* Requires expert communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability to have business conversations with CxO level executives.
* Must be articulate, friendly, optimistic, goal oriented and success driven.
* Candidates should possess excellent listening skills and articulation.
* Excellent organization and time management skills are essential.
* Must be self motivated and have a team player attitude.
