Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Designing, documenting, and creating customized technical solutions to meet client software requirements and specifications
  • Working closely with customers and Professional Services team to ensure comprehensive and accurate transfer of information
  • Collaborating with Software Development team in designing and developing  software tools
  • Developing customized web-site integration modules as part of client implementations
  • Designing, creating and testing complex custom reports using a variety of reporting tools
  • Performing client data migrations involving conversion of data from various database sources  into Bullhorn SQL Server databases
  • Researching and troubleshooting client issues
  • Participating actively and professionally in client engagements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Must have exposure to and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC )
  • Must have knowledge of and experience with relational databases
  • A solid understanding of SQL, including proficiency with complex and nested queries is desired
  • Experience with some MS SQL Server tools (DTS, SQL Query Analyzer, SQL Profiler, Reporting Services, Integration Services) is desired
  • Experience using C#, Cold Fusion, .NET, Java, Javascript, Visual Basic, XML and HTML is desired
  • Must have the ability to follow a project plan and be accountable for assigned tasks
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Must have effective listening skills
  • Must have professional customer service orientation skills
  • Must have the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
