Office: Lincoln MA or Melbourne FL This position requires excellent organization and time management skills as well as, demonstrated interpersonal skills. You must be capable of meeting deadlines and be a team player who has the ability to work well and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. You must possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as be detail oriented and able to solve problems and issues using established processes. To be successful, you will have the ability to manage multiple projects and work independently on several different tasks simultaneously, setting priorities while ensuring completion of tasks under minimal supervision. This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager. Responsibilities: First point of contact with dealers and end customers Answering incoming product and customer service inquiries Assist RSMs with meeting target revenue goals Process orders for aftermarket purchase orders. Manage revenue reports Expedite orders Process charts subscriptions Manage dealer applications and website dealer locator. Fulfill marketing material requests from customers, dealers and RSMs. Manage customer inquiries regarding services including FLEX, datalink, etc. Manage dealer qualifications/ follow-up on qualifications not met Manage dealer accounts (credit issues, active/inactive status) Manage Point of Purchase Displays

Some college (College degree preferred) 1 - 2 years experience in aviation or avionics industry 2 – 3 years of inside sales or customer service experience Microsoft Office Application skills Proven ability of successfully managing multiple projects Strong relationship building skills Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills Travel requirements include: Attending major industry tradeshows Occasional dealer visits Approximately 5% APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Please email your resume in MS Word, RTF, HTML, or ASCII text format to the address below.
