Field Marketing ManagerDescription:
Field Marketing Manager
The Field Marketing Manager will work directly with the Director Channel Marketing to determine, create and maintain a lead generation marketing plan that supports the objectives of the region and the strategy of the company. This plan, and its execution, must generate a targeted number of high quality inquiries and build awareness and accurate understanding in the market, including leveraging partner organizations through marketing programs. The position requires managing a field-marketing budget to achieve optimum results with the minimum expenditure. This position requires excellent organization and time management skills as well as, demonstrated interpersonal skills. You must be capable of meeting deadlines and be a team player who has the ability to work well and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. You must possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as be detail oriented and able to solve problems and issues using established processes. To be successful, you will have the ability to manage multiple projects and work independently on several different tasks simultaneously, setting priorities while ensuring completion of tasks under minimal supervision.
Specific Job Tasks:
•Coordination of marketing activities with partners in the region in conjunction with the overall channel strategy
•Creating Lead generation activities having a strong focus on key industry events and high visibility events with major players in the industry.
•Driving lead generation activities to increase pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue through Field Marketing Events with Dealer Network
•Strengthening Avidyne awareness and perception in the market place via management of the execution network of industry leadership programs, public relations, advertising, and analyst relations.
•Ensuring the above is carried out through constant interaction and business reviews with the Sales Management Team
•Assisting with quarterly promotions, programs, and communications
Qualifications:Qualifications:
•College Degree Required
•2 – 3 years of Inside Sales or Field Marketing experience preferred
•Microsoft Office Application skills
•Proven ability of successfully managing multiple projects
•Strong relationship building skills
•Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills
Travel requirements include:
•Attending major industry tradeshows
•Occasional dealer visits
•Approximately 25%
