The company is now seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Financial Officer who will play a critical role in the company’s next stage of growth.
Key qualifications include:
- Eight to ten years’ experience in a senior financial role with broad-based finance and accounting skills
- Experience within the consumer products/perishables sector
- Ability to consider the big picture, but still be a hands-on leader/manager working with a small staff
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not essential
- Track record that clearly demonstrates personal growth and achievements, but also commitment to an organization
- Excellent communications skills and uncompromising ethics and integrity
- Must love pets!
