Position Overview:

 

 

Reporting to Manager of Engineering and Enterprise Projects, the Project Manager will lead the implementation of enterprise-class Staffing and Recruiting firms onto Bullhorn’s industry-leading and award-winning Software-as-a-Service platform.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

·       Client Relationship Management Across Client Lifecycle - Initiate contact and establish relationships with new clients to create the foundation for a seamless transition from point of sale throughout successful product and services implementation and support. Work closely with client to ensure comprehensive and accurate transfer of information during project initiation.

 

·       Scope Management - Partner with individual clients to identify key business objectives and define how Bullhorn can help achieve them. Perform business process and workflow analysis and make solutions recommendations to further define and detail scope of work.

 

·       Schedule and Resource Management - Discuss, define and coordinate reasonable implementation schedules. Set expectations in terms of time required to accomplish technological and business objectives according to number of users, technical complexity of conversion, and defined business requirements.  Ensure effective completion of project milestones by allocated resources on time and on budget.

 

·       Risk Management – Clearly define and articulate project risk items to clients in way that is understood and are either remedied or assumed.

 

·       Quality and Change Management - Configure systems according to functional specifications, including migration verification and reporting metrics, while managing to a defined scope of work and enacting change management, when applicable.

 

·       Communications Management - Function as reliable point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and requests throughout the implementation process. Escalate issues and questions internally and externally, as needed to achieve a successful project outcome. Aid clients with Bullhorn best practices regarding user adoption techniques, rollout strategies, education plans.

 

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree required.

 

·       Must have 10+ years of Project Management and/or Implementation Consulting experience.

 

·       Must have high comfort level with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the various moving pieces of technology and software.

 

o      Prior programming experience is highly desirable but not required.

 

·       Must have prior experience in a client-facing role.

 

·       Must have exceptional interpersonal and client service skills

 

·       Must be able to communicate effectively with senior leadership within Staffing and Recruiting firms (C-Level).

 

·       Must have demonstrated competence, confidence and professionalism to successfully inspire client trust.

 

·       Must have excellent probing and listening skills.

 

·       Must have the ability to multi-task, work with multiple clients at a time and efficiently manage their individual needs during different implementation stages.

 

·       Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

 

·       Must have the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a cohesive, passionate, hard-working team.

 

·       Project Management Profession (PMP®) certification preferred

 

·       Prior experience in the Staffing and Recruiting industry is desired, as is experience supporting/implementing a CRM product.
