Product Manager

Position Overview:

 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, the Product Manager will be a key contributor to the creation and definition of new features for the Bullhorn staffing application and new products for the Bullhorn Marketplace. You will work closely with partners, customers, and senior executives to define the vision for each new product and coordinate with partners and the development team to ensure the delivery of high quality solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize input from customers, prospects, and executives to define the requirements and release scope for new partner solutions for the Bullhorn Marketplace

     

  • Define requirements for new features of the Bullhorn staffing application

     

  • Work with the development team to prioritize and schedule work and ensure timely and high quality delivery

     

  • Coordinate with the Bullhorn partner organization to define partner-delivered solutions and provide high-level guidance to partner developers working with the Bullhorn APIs

     

  • Drive the definition and execution of new features and capabilities for the Bullhorn Marketplace

     

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and support to ensure timely and successful launches

     

  • Perform competitive analysis to define product gaps that need to be filled and uncover opportunities to achieve competitive advantage

     

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 yrs of product management, quality assurance or software engineering experience in Internet-focused businesses and products

     

  • Ability to define and execute on project goals and to manage multiple projects simultaneously

     

  • Experience working with remote development teams

     

  • Hands-on knowledge and understanding of SOAP, AJAX, and related web technologies

     

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

     

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to shifting business priorities in a competitive environment

     

  • Must enjoy working with customers to drive innovative features and solutions

     

  • Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry desired
