This session is part of the Highland 2007 Summer Startup school curriculum, which is designed to expose Summer Entrepreneurship entrepreneurs and teams to various aspects of the company creation process. It focuses on strategies and approaches for growing the team beyond the initial founders.

Craig leads recruiting activity for Highland Capital Partners and advises Highland’s portfolio companies on executive recruiting issues. He has an entrepreneurial leadership background including more than twelve years of recruiting, operational, venture capital, and consulting experience working with startup companies. Craig joined Highland from Korn/Ferry International where he was a Client Partner in Korn/Ferry’s Boston office focusing on venture capital and advanced technology. Prior to Korn/Ferry, Craig was Vice President, Business Development at a London-based broadband software vendor and was an Associate with Fidelity Ventures focused on investments in the communication infrastructure sector. Earlier in his career, Craig was with Yankee Group, Beacon Power Corporation and SatCon Technology Corporation.
