Leading Brazilian Hedge Fund Selects StreamBase for Equities and FX
Lexington, MA – October 19, 2009 – StreamBase
today announced that Kairos Asset Management has selected the
StreamBase Complex Event Processing (CEP) platform to build their next
generation trading system for equities and foreign exchange.
Kairos
Asset Management is one of Brazil’s leading hedge funds and employs
both quantitative and qualitative investment strategies. The company
was founded in 2003 by proprietary traders from several major Brazilian
financial institutions. Kairos needed to replace their existing trading
system with a CEP-based trading system.
