RedBrick Health Hires Industry Veteran as Chief Marketing Officer

Minneapolis, MN -- January, 12, 2010 -- RedBrick Health, the Health EarningsSM company, today announced Eric Zimmerman has joined the company as chief marketing officer. Zimmerman will oversee marketing strategy and execution, product innovation and consumer experience for RedBrick Health.

Zimmerman brings to RedBrick Health more than two decades of experience designing and commercializing innovative technology solutions that empower consumers to take a more active role in their health.

Zimmerman was among the first employees at Johnson & Johnson’s pioneering health management company, where he led the development of interactive behavioral technologies and analytic products used in population health management initiatives at hundreds of corporate worksites nationwide. Zimmerman subsequently held leadership positions at StayWell, MedicaLogic and Medscape. As senior vice president of marketing at RelayHealth, he created a category-defining health care connectivity brand. Most recently, Zimmerman served as chief innovation officer at Mirixa, where he led product and marketing strategy and later the company’s International division.

Zimmerman holds a master’s in public health from UCLA and a master’s in business administration from Pepperdine University.
