"2011 stands out for our reaffirmation in the multichannel and multiformat strategy.
We have entered the permanent outlet format with the dress-for-less acquisition, we have spread our business model to online travel sales with the launch of Privalia Travel and we have created a brand, Claire & Bruce, that focuses on the Group full price fashion supply. In addition, we have strengthened our presence in new sales channels such as social networking and mobile commerce.
This growth would not have been possible without the help of our more than 1,000 privali@s that day by day contribute towards making this Group bigger.
2012 will be our consolidation year as the vertical e-tailer leader worldwide."
