Craig Driscoll

Craig leads recruiting activity for the firm and advises Highland’s portfolio companies on executive recruiting issues.

Craig has an entrepreneurial leadership background including more than twelve years of recruiting, operational, venture capital, and consulting experience working with startup companies. Craig joined Highland from Korn/Ferry International where he was a Client Partner in Korn/Ferry’s Boston office focusing on venture capital and advanced technology. He completed C-level, Board of Director and senior executive placements at companies in the communications and software industries.

Prior to Korn/Ferry, Craig was Vice President, Business Development at a London-based broadband software vendor and Fidelity Ventures’ portfolio company. Craig joined this company from Fidelity Ventures where he was an Associate focused on investments in the communication infrastructure sector.

Craig also worked as a research analyst at the Yankee Group where he covered broadband equipment. He was an early team member of Beacon Power Corporation, an alternative energy company that went public in 2001. Craig began his career with SatCon Technology Corporation.

Craig holds a B.E., Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
