They will play a significant role in the satisfaction of our loyal user base by fielding questions, assisting with problems, and providing industry-leading support.
- Solve problems, investigate product issues, and provide support using our support ticket management tool, ZenDesk. Stay up to date on new product features and write detailed tutorials for the Help Center to educate users.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of our user base using social media! Monitor our feeds, interact with users, grow our community, develop a voice/relationship with users, and sustain positive engagement and feedback.
- Have a personality and let it shine in your interactions, no one likes talking to a robot!
- A strong Customer Support Manager will spend their day working with users and giving them a voice. They will develop a positive relationship with our users by listening to their suggestions to improve our program, comments and issues and helping them find solutions.
- Strong writing and excellent interpersonal skills
- Outside the box / creative thinker
- Organized & motivated self-starter (can juggle multiple projects & responsibilities)
