David Delmore

David is the Chief Financial Officer for the Highland Consumer Fund. He is a certified public accountant and chartered financial analyst with an extensive background in the management of financial organizations. David focuses on the operational matters of the Highland Consumer Fund and is responsible for all financial and administrative affairs.

Prior to joining the Highland Consumer Fund, David spent eight years as a Controller at the Boston-based private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P., where he was responsible for the finance and accounting of their private equity funds. Previously, David was the Director of Operations at Hemisphere Financial Services, and a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche accountable for a broad range of administrative, financial and operational matters. 

David is certified with the Massachusetts Board of Public Accountancy, a chartered financial analyst through the CFA Institute and is published in the Journal of Taxation of Investments. He holds a M.S., Taxation from Northeastern University and a B.S., Finance from Boston College.
