Kelwin Conroy

Kelwin is the Director – Investor Relations at Highland responsible for coordinating and enhancing relationships with limited partners and consultants.

Prior to joining Highland, Kelwin worked at HarbourVest where she focused on fundraising and limited partner communications. Kelwin also previously served in a variety of marketing and analyst roles at Wellington Management Company, LLP.

Kelwin earned her MBA from Babson College’s Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business and an A.B., History from Bowdoin College (cum laude).
