Reporting to the VP, Acquisition Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be in charge of clearly communicating ad specifications for media plans to Aereos creative/production department and delivering final assets to media agencies, ad networks, publishers, or trafficked directly into 3rd adserving platforms. The Coordinator will also be the main point of contact with Aereos creative department, managing project timelines and priorities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Mangage creative project timelines and priorities for the Marketing department and liase with Creative department for execution. Gather and deliver to production team ad specifications and delivery information from media agencies and/or other partners, and QA final assets to ensure they meet specifications. Ensure proper delivery of ad units to media agencies, ad networks, publishers. Directly traffic ad units using 3rd party Ad-Serving platforms. Ensure all delivery and trafficking complies with the tracking requirements as dictated by marketing analytics and reporting team. Cross-functional coordination with engineers, legal, finance, business development, business intelligence, product management, designers. EDUCATION AND WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE: College Degree Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fast-pace environment AdOps/Trafficking experience at an agency or ad network Basic understanding of media planning process Subscription based product experience a plus Start up experience a plus Process oriented Attention to detail COMPUTER SOFTWARE AND RELATED SKILLS: Office Suite 3rd Party Ad-Serving, particularly Doubleclick Aereo offers a competitive compensation package.
