Irvine, CA - January 23, 2005 – AccentCare, Inc. announced today that it has signed agreements with software provider CareKeeper Software, Inc. AccentCare’s operations span thirty-two branches in four states including California, Arizona, Washington State and New York. AccentCare will deploy CareKeeper’s 100% web-based home health care software – VividNet, throughout the company to manage their Private Duty, Certified Home Health and Medical Staffing divisions.
