Irvine, CA - December 16, 2005 – AccentCare announces the acquisition of Dyna Care Home Health-California, Inc. located in Redwood City, Ca., from its parent company, Dyna Care Health Ventures, Inc. Immediately following the acquisition the business was renamed AccentCare Home Health of the Bay Area, Inc.

Dyna Care Home Health-California, Inc., a Medicare certified provider of home care services, has been operating in the Bay Area marketplace for 14 years and provides home health services throughout a 5-county area including San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda and Contra Costa counties.
