Pat is the General Counsel at Highland responsible for managing the diverse legal affairs of the firm, including the negotiation and execution of investments.

Background
Prior to joining Highland, Pat worked in the Boston and London offices of the law firm Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, where his practice was focused primarily on venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings for technology and life sciences companies. Pat also previously served as Associate General Counsel for DoubleClick, where he advised the company on a variety of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships.
