Vice President/General Manager, Advertising and Commerce
Reporting to the CEO, the VP/General Manager is responsible for the company’s advertising and commerce business unit. This individual is responsible for optimizing revenue opportunities through CPC, CPA, lead generation, email and co-registration marketing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive all major revenue initiatives related to the advertising and commerce business unit
• Lead the multiple business functions including product marketing, campaign management, operations management, sales and account management
• Develop long-range product planning and product marketing and identify and direct the development of new products for the organization
• Manage to the key operational metrics of the business unit
• Anticipate emerging products and markets and author the organization’s most important product strategies to position the organization as an industry leader

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in general management, product marketing and/or sales with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity
• BA/BS required and top-tier MBA degree preferred

Senior Manager/Director, Vertical Marketing Programs
Key leader responsible for end-to-end product strategy, vision, planning, and delivery of vertical content and advertising portals. Reporting to the Vice President/General Manager of the Advertising & Commerce business unit, you will develop the product vision and lead the interaction between the product teams & other functional groups (engineering, design, and business development) to implement a winning product strategy.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Developing vertical strategies based on analysis of the existing traffic patters of the network, online consumer needs, competitive landscape, and evolving business models
• Developing product and design requirements documents and communicating them with the senior executive team and driving them through implementation
• Managing product development and delivery, working closely with business development, engineering and design teams

REQUIRED SKILLS:

HTML Developer
Working closely with the Production team to help to create and maintain the look and feel of the company’s web sites. The HTML Developer must adhere to high Search Engine Optimization (SEO) requirements to ensure that the sites are search engine friendly.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with the business managers, designers, producers, and engineering to accomplish website goals such as vertical portals, targeted microsites, lead generation programs and other online marketing activities
• Use SEO throughout the site to make sure it is optimized for natural searches
• Ensure that the integration between standard Web components and the publishing/content management system is smooth
• Constantly test the websites to make sure there are no broken links.
• Ensure that the information on the site is accurate (spelling, grammar, etc.)
• Ability to work independently on multiple simultaneous projects is a must
• Daily maintenance on the site is needed with an emphasis on detail

System Administrator
As part of the Technology & Operations team this position will be responsible for the site maintenance, installation, configuration, and monitoring of the software and hardware systems that comprise the Company’s online operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Install, test, tune, maintain, design and document supporting systems, utility programs, monitoring tools, etc.
• Maintain systems security and integrity concerning data and computing resources to comply with company standards
• Troubleshoot Linux networking and diagnose TCP/IP, SMTP, SSH, HTTP, JVM and DNS related issues regarding performance, connectivity, etc.
• Rotate 24x7 on-call
• Quickly adapt to changing technical environment

QUALIFICATIONS:
