What are the hallmarks of a successful entrepreneur?

Getting to know an entrepreneur and building an effective relationship is critical. I’m looking for two key characteristic: a hunger to change something important and the relevance to accomplish that goal. Another test for me: if the thought of not backing an entrepreneur makes me want to tear my hair out, then it’s time to close the deal.
